Void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing rules have not been met. Only one entry per family during the promotion period. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Entrants need not be present to win. No purchase or attendance at a presentation is required to win. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

Description of prize
Choice of $5,000 in cash (cash winner is paid by check for $5,000) or a one-week vacation at Hanalei Bay Resort in Kauai, Hawaii. Vacation includes 7 nights in a two-bedroom luxury condominium plus $2,000 in cash. Winners will be notified by registered mail within 10 days of drawing. Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notice. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a subsequent random drawing.

Recipients agree to hold Quintus Sales Management, LLC, participating promoters and business establishments connected in any way with this promotion, harmless and to release and indemnify its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participating in this promotion or any claims arising from the use of prizes. This promotion is sponsored by Quintus Sales Management, LLC and is being used for the purpose of introducing it's products to the public and has no affiliation with the business, Web Sites or show displaying this promotion.

This promotion does not discriminate against anyone participating based upon race, sex, age, handicap, religion or marital status. The following persons are ineligible for this promotion: employees and their immediate families of Quintus Resorts, LLC or any of its affiliates; families or individuals who are already owners of any Quintus Resorts property; or previous participants in this promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion begins January First, 2007 and all entries must be received by March Thirtyfirst 2008 to be eligible. Winner choosen by random drawing on April Fifteenth, 2008. A representative of Quintus Sales Management, LLC may invite you to preview a Quintus Resort property. By entering this promotion you authorize Quintus Marketing, LLC to call your number, and if necessary, delete your number from our do not call list. You will not be required to attend a presentation in order to participate in the prize drawing.

Each winner authorizes, at no charge, the use of his or her name/picture for future promotional purposes. This promotion is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of a timeshare ownership plan. All materials submitted in this promotion become the sole property of Quintus Sales Management, LLC
