Reproduced from a recipe of the 1800's, it requires 45 minutes to prepare - please plan on ordering prior to dinner. Made to order fresh pastry filled with golden delicious apples coated with a sugar glaze and baked to a golden brown, then served with a maple-cinnamon custard sauce and vanilla ice cream.
